What amoCRM + NeuronChat gives you
From dialog to deal without copy-paste
Once the agent has the name, phone or email and the request, NeuronChat creates a contact and a deal in amoCRM. An existing contact with the same phone or email is reused.
Deals land in the pipeline and stage you pick in the dashboard, tagged NeuronChat and with the channel and visit UTM tags. When the deal is closed as won, the lead in the dashboard is marked as a deal.

Website lead to CRM
The agent captured name, phone and request in the website chat. A deal appears in the chosen amoCRM pipeline and stage, with the request and chat history in a note.
No duplicate contacts
If the customer already exists in amoCRM, the new deal is linked to the contact found by phone or email.
Agent sales are visible
When the deal is closed as won in amoCRM, the lead in the NeuronChat dashboard is marked as a deal too.

How to connect
- 01Create an external integration in amoCRM and paste the redirect URL from the dashboard.
- 02Open Integrations → amoCRM, enter the integration ID, secret and subdomain, and authorize.
- 03Pick the pipeline, stage and responsible user, then send a test lead.
- 04Turn amoCRM on in the agent's Actions.
