You pay for the chosen plan with a dialog limit. When the limit is exhausted the agent keeps answering on the site, while dialogs and leads reopen in the dashboard after you buy more or change plan. No hidden surprise invoice.
Model
Public plans are Starter and Professional (see pricing). Enterprise is custom: SLA, manager, custom integrations.
Signup includes a free trial dialog volume so you can test the agent on your data.
What is usually outside the subscription
Third-party channel costs (for example WhatsApp provider terms) and external integrator services are separate if you hire them. NeuronChat itself connects without a mandatory integrator.
